Cuidemos el Voto
Campaign site for a citizen fundraising drive to cover rural voter transport in Colombia.
Campaign site for Imprenta Republicana, a Colombian political movement, built under a tight deadline for the second-round presidential election on 21 June 2026. The initiative collects donations to cover transport costs for rural voters who can't afford to reach their polling stations. In the first round, the campaign raised $29M COP and helped 3,742 people vote.
The design reproduces a Latin American political-poster letterpress aesthetic — woodblock typography with SVG displacement filters for ink texture, halftone photos, aged paper grain, and a carmin/green/cream palette. The visual direction was developed collaboratively using Claude as a design tool, prototyped as high-fidelity HTML/CSS, then ported to Astro. Operations were kept deliberately simple: the team updates a Google Sheet daily and the site reflects the latest numbers live — no rebuilds, no CMS, no code changes needed. The source code is public at github.com/MeClandestina/cuidemos-el-voto.
