Comando T — Valen Correa
Context

Comando T was a boutique SEO and digital marketing agency I founded and ran, working with clients across Spain, LATAM, and the DACH region. Our focus was technical SEO, international SEO, site migrations, and penalty recovery. After the expansion, I hired 5 people and worked in other channels such as SEM and Affiliates.

The case studies below are a selection of client engagements with publicly shareable results. Focused on SEO as it was our strength. Additional clients include Skyscanner.es (200+ destination landing pages optimized for the Spanish market), LuxuryCatamarans.com (SEO audit and implementation for UK/US markets), Bonebrox.de (launch SEO, from zero to 4,000 organic orders per month), and Cardamomo.com (international SEO across 7 markets plus link building).

Formaldocs

Online legal documents business in Spain with weak general organic visibility and no structural SEO foundation to compete on commercial keywords.

Formaldocs needed to move from near-invisibility to a meaningful organic footprint in a competitive legal-tech category. We ran a full technical SEO audit, restructured the site around commercial-intent keywords, and rebuilt the content layer with new landing pages and on-page optimization.

The restructure combined a fresh keyword study with a new site architecture and dedicated landing pages for the highest-value document categories. Content was optimized at the template level so every new page inherited the same on-page structure, which allowed the site to scale without losing consistency.

Within the year, organic traffic grew +305% year on year, ten priority keywords moved onto Google's first page (an 80% increase in first-page presence), and organic acquisitions grew +55%.

Click Delivery

Food delivery marketplace in Ecuador with stagnant organic visibility and no measurable SEO contribution to acquisition.

Click Delivery came in with a functional but under-optimized site and no clear content strategy. We ran a technical audit, restructured the site, reworked the content strategy around local food-delivery intent, and optimized the main landing pages for conversion.

The combination of technical fixes, cleaner architecture, and intent-aligned content moved the site meaningfully within a single month. Organic traffic grew +20% month over month, overall organic visibility rose +40%, and organic acquisitions increased +23%.

A Domicilio Ya

Two food delivery sites needed to be merged into one after a company acquisition — a 10,000-URL migration with zero tolerance for ranking loss.

Site migrations are one of the highest-risk SEO operations a business can run. When Click Delivery acquired A Domicilio Ya, we were brought in to consolidate both domains into a single site without losing the rankings that drove the majority of both companies' revenue.

The work centered on a full redirect mapping exercise across 10,000 URLs, a restructured site architecture that combined the best of both properties, and landing page optimization on the consolidated pages. Every URL had a defined destination before the switch was flipped.

The migration went live with no ranking loss, +26% organic visibility post-migration, and +15% more keywords in the top three positions than either site had held independently.

Pedidos Ya

Food delivery marketplace operating across LATAM needed to improve visibility on sushi delivery pages across multiple country markets in a short window.

The brief was to move "sushi delivery" and "sushi a domicilio" rankings across Argentina, Colombia, and Chile simultaneously, using the same underlying playbook adapted to each market. The approach combined content strategy, link building, cross-channel content production across social and SEO, and a push + blogger campaign with a contest to drive coverage and engagement.

The main keyword moved across all three markets in under a week. Argentina went from position 57 to 26, Colombia from 28 to 5, and Chile from 48 to 16. On the link side, we earned 10 organic (non-paid) links from pages with Domain Authority over 50. Sushi-related organic acquisitions grew +16% as a direct result.

Guardatodo

Self storage business hit by a Penguin penalty, with degraded domain trust and no visibility on its most commercially important keywords.

Penguin recoveries are long, unglamorous work. The site had a toxic backlink profile that needed to be cleaned out before anything else could move, and the internal structure was not strong enough to support ranking once the penalty lifted.

We ran a full SEO audit, handled the toxic link cleanup through disavow and outreach, restructured the site, rebuilt local SEO signals, and ran a sustained white-hat link building program alongside landing page optimization.

Over the engagement Domain Authority rose by 5 points with a clear improvement in general trust signals. Organic visibility grew +190%, and the main commercial keyword moved from position 17 into the top 3.
